Gail will take you through a 5 minute guided visualization process using her own personalised script and your choice of certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils.
The intention of this session is to combine balanced breathing, visualization & aromatherapy to help you anchor in BALANCE & CALM into your everyday work & personal life.
The benefits of this process are numerous but mostly influence the Autonomic Nervous System into a Parasympathetic mode which can increase digestive functioning, support sleep/rest and help the body to eliminate toxins.

The process is intended for all levels of students engaging in mindfulness/ self-awareness.
There will be a balanced breathing sequence & application of certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils to the palms & inhaled.
